Abstract：
We discuss heat kernel estimates and their analytic significance. Then we consider a class of processes associated with non-local operators with diffusion, and establish the stability of heat kernel estimates under Feynman–Kac perturbations on metric measure spaces. As an application, we derive a parabolic Harnack inequality.
