Abstract:
I will explain what I am interested in and working on. Mainly we consider statistical mechanics from the mathematical point of view. In statistical mechanics, we treat several models to describe some macroscopic phenomenon analyzing microscopic interactions by probability theory. We will take the analysis of random walks as an example and self-avoiding walk (SAW) models as an application. If time permits, I will introduce the current research on SAW collaborating with B. Kimura, Y. Kitagawa and A. Sakai.
