Abstract:
Geometric quantization is a vast subject. In one of its instances, the aim is to approximate the space of Kahler potentials by a sequence of finite dimensional spaces. Such an approximation was proved by Tian, and later refined by Catlin, Zelditch, and many other people. We will first go through some basics in complex geometry and then prove the Tian--Catlin--Zelditch theorem.
