Abstract To reduce the complexity of Deeping Learning, a sequence of research work has been conducted by Professor Kou and his students at the University of Southern California in the last five years. In this talk, I would like to review the foundation of his work, and demonstrate the application of his mathematical model in various medical imaging applications such as ECG beats, Chest X-ray and Ultrasound images classifications.
