Abstract: Yangians are certain Hopf-algebras that are important examples of quantum groups. Nowadays, the study of Yangians gives many new points of view to classical Lie theory. In this talk, we will talk about the super Yangian $Y_{M|N}$ associated to the general linear Lie superalgebra $\frak{gl}_{M|N}$, which can be realized as a super analogue of the classical Yangian. Moreover, the notion of 01-sequence will be introduced to the study of $Y_{M|N}$, and we will discuss some further results with this new notion. Tea Time: 3:00PM, R707
