Abstract: We start with an informal introduction to the bootstrap procedure. After
we will provide more formal definition of the classical bootstrap
procedure. We finish the talk with a discussion of the new and existing
modification of Efron's bootstrap, namely so-called Dependent Bootstrap.
This is a new area of a research and there are many interesting problems
for Master or PhD students to work on.
