學術演講-Numerical Computation of Traveling Waves Using a Variational Formulation
Abstract:
We review some basic methods in studying traveling wave solutions for reaction diusion equations. Some of these problems admit variational formulations. Based on such formulations, a robust way of computating the travel wave proles can be implemented.
This colloquial talk will aim for general audience and grad students.
