Abstract: Fisher and Friedberg constructed and studied a family of the double Dirichlet series over general function fields. They proved that these double Dirichlet series satisfy a finite, non-abelian group (the dihedral group of order 12) of functional equations in 2 variables and are rational functions with specific denominator. We are interested in explicitly finding double Dirichlet series over a higher genus curve. In this case, we work on in particular the elliptic curve y2 = x3 + 2x over F5. Tea Time: 3:00pm, R707
