Abstract: Two-component systems of nonlinear Schrödinger equations describe some physical phenomena such as the propagation in birefringent optical fibers, Kerr-like photorefractive media in optics. In this talk, I will study the Nehari manifold of two-component systems of nonlinear Schrödinger equations. Using Palais-Smale theory, the existence and multiplicity of positive solutions is established. Tea Time: 3:30PM (R707-七樓休息室)
