Dear students:

This is your Calulus I teacher, Weicheng Wang.

I have received an email from one of you complaining about some difficulties
on the mathematical notations and could not hear clearly in the back
of the classroom.

I've got a speaker and hopefully this will resolve the second problem.

As to the reading of English textbook, this is a transition everyone
of you has to go through and unavoidable. 
A written version of some of the notations and definitions for
Chapter 2 with explanation in Chinese will be post on my homepage 
later today (check back around 9 PM) to help you read Chap 2.  

In the mean time, I would like to ask all of you to go over the 
materials in Chap 2 (For example, read your own note taken in
class or my manuscript post on the class homepage) and see if there are still
any problems. We will spend some time to go over everything in Chap 2 
in class tomorrow.

Also, I would like to encourage everyone to raise questions or problems
right on the class. Your problem is usually common to everybody
and it's much more efficient!
Of course, you are also welcome to express your concern through email.
