Course Description:

This is a research oriented course intended for graduate students with sufficient background in mathematical analysis and celestial mechanics. We will focus on variational methods for celestial mechanics, and their applications to the existence of miscellaneous types of solutions.

Grading:

Homework/Project: 50%

Oral presentation: 50%

Students are expected to attend every scheduled class. It is the student's responsibility to keep informed of any announcements, syllabus adjustments or policy changes made during scheduled classes.
