Course Description:

This course is an introduction to the theory and applications of complex analysis. Topics to be covered include:

1. Algebra of complex numbers

2. Topology of complex plane

3. Power series

4. Complex differentiation

5. Exponential functions

6. Complex integration

7. Angle and logarithmic function

8. Cauchy's theorem

9. Taylor and Laurent series

10. Residue

11. Conformal mapping

12. Analytic continuation
