In algebraic geometry, the period conjecture of Kontsevich and Zagier predicts that all relations between certain complex numbers, called periods, should all come from simple calculus rules, resulted from geometry. We take certain improper integrals of products of Bessel functions as concrete examples of periods and explain the geometry behind such integrals.
