When authors submit their papers to Applied Mathematics E-Notes, they confirm that their work hasn't been published before. If their paper is accepted, authors agree to give their copyright to Applied Mathematics E-Notes.

We assume that the main author (the corresponding author) has the right to transfer the copyright of their work to our journal. This means they should not have any agreements with others that would conflict with this transfer. If the paper has several authors, the main author is responsible for getting permission from all co-authors and agreeing to the copyright transfer on their behalf. Once the paper is published in our journal, the authors should not publish it elsewhere in the same or a very similar form without mentioning that it was first published in Applied Mathematics E-Notes.

Even after transferring copyright to our journal, authors keep certain rights, such as:

The rights to any patents and trademarks, and to any processes or procedures described in their work.

The right to use the work or parts of it in their other printed collections after it's been published.

If the work is copied or used in any way, it should clearly show that Applied Mathematics E-Notes owns the copyright and include a full citation of the journal source.
